Strawberry-Marzipan-Rum Fruit Spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,300 g strawberries
  • 200 g marzipan paste
  • 1 package of gelling sugar, 3:1
  • 4 cl rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wash and chop the strawberries. Chop the marzipan. Blend both together until smooth. Add the rum and gelling sugar and bring to a boil while stirring. Once boiling, cook for 4 minutes while stirring. Test for settling, pour into sterilized jam jars while still hot, and seal immediately.
