Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 12 cakes (shortcrust pastry tarts), ready-made product
- 500 g strawberries, possibly frozen
- 300 g mascarpone
- 80 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp raspberry liqueur
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash, hull, and quarter the strawberries. Mix the mascarpone with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and raspberry brandy until smooth. Spread the cream evenly on the tartlets. Top half of the tartlets with a few strawberries, arrange the remaining tartlets on top, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
