soft drink

First, it’s important that all ingredients are processed cold to ensure you get a truly refreshing drink. If the currants (which can be replaced with other berries, such as raspberries) are frozen, let them thaw slightly before processing. First, cut the 50g of apple into small pieces. Then add all ingredients to a blender and puree as finely as possible. Then pass the mixture through a sieve to remove the berry skin and seeds, as well as any remaining apple pieces. Pour the whole thing into a glass, and your multivitamin smoothie is ready! Tip: The currants give the drink a slightly tart flavor. If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can balance this out with a little honey. You don’t have to miss out on them in winter either, as frozen fruit is a great alternative to the berries.
