Strawberry meets Milk & Alcohol

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 250 ml milk, cold
  • 1 large vanilla pod(s), pulp
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 75 ml lemon juice
  • 125 ml spirit of wine, Primasprit drinking alcohol (96%)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

or alcoholic strawberry milk drink, makes not quite 1.2 liters

Thaw the frozen strawberries in a large bowl or saucepan and blend until smooth. Add the milk and powdered sugar and whisk thoroughly. Split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Add the seeds to the other ingredients and stir well. Add the lemon juice to the bowl or saucepan and stir well. Then slowly add the spirit, whisking continuously until smooth. Pour the mixture into clean glass bottles and refrigerate.
