Ingredients
Strawberry jam
- Margarine
- Dark grated chocolate
- 250 g Strawberries
- 150 ml Orange juice
- 1 tbsp Agave syrup
- 0,5 tsp Agar-agar
Instructions
- For the jam, wash and clean the strawberries and puree them in a saucepan. Add 100ml orange juice and agave syrup and bring to the boil. Mix the remaining orange juice with agar agar and stir into the mixture. Simmer for about 2 minutes and stir often. Then pour into a jam jar, close it, turn the lid on and let it cool down.
- First spread some margarine on the bread, then spread some jam over it and sprinkle with the chocolate shavings. Then serve.
