Noodle, Tomato and Tofu Pot with Olives

The perfect noodle, tomato and tofu pot with olives recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 ml Water
  • 150 g Natural tofu
  • 125 g Gemelli
  • 15 piece Green olives with paprika paste
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Salt and pepper
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and briefly fry the pasta in it. Then deglaze with the water and simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste and season with the spices. Cut the tofu into small cubes and add with the olives. Heat everything together again briefly and then serve.
