Strawberry-Orange-Marmalade

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg strawberries
  • ½ liter orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • ¾ kg sugar (less for very sweet fruits)
  • 2 bags of Gelfix

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Hull the strawberries and puree them in a saucepan with a hand blender. Add the orange juice and bring to a boil. Add the sugar. Bring to a boil again and finally stir in the gelatin. Once the jam has set, pour it into twist-off jars and seal immediately. Turn upside down for 5 minutes.
