Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut into pieces. Peel the orange so that no white pith remains, divide it into segments, and roughly dice. Twist the mint leaves together and finely chop. Blend the yogurt with the orange juice until smooth. Add the honey, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and vanilla sugar. Add the mint and balsamic vinegar, a pinch of salt, and some coarsely ground pepper, and mix well. If you like it sweeter, you can drizzle in more honey. Place the fruit in a glass, pour the yogurt over it, and finish with a few pieces of fruit. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top.
