Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bottle of wine, rosé, semi-dry (ice cold)
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine, rosé, semi-dry (ice cold)
  • 1 kg strawberries, fresh
  • 2 lemons (organic)
  • 1 handful of mint, fresh, maybe a little more

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Rinse and wash the strawberries. Wash and slice the lemons. Place the strawberries and lemon slices in a large punch bowl, pour over the wine, and refrigerate the bowl for at least 3 hours. Just before serving, add the mint leaves and ice-cold sparkling wine. Add ice cubes and enjoy!
