Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries, ripe
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash, drain, and stem the strawberries, chop them, and then either sieve them or puree them in a blender. Season with powdered sugar and lemon juice. Blend everything briefly again.
