Strawberry Semolina Porridge

Ingredients
 

  • 750 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 100 g Soft wheat semolina
  • 3 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 200 g Cream
  • 1 bowl Strawberries
  • Decoration as you like

Instructions
 

  • Bring the milk with salt, sugar and vanilla sugar to the boil, sprinkle in the semolina and leave to swell for 10 minutes with the saucepan closed.
  • Stir in the butter and let the porridge cool down.
  • In the meantime, wash, clean and chop the strawberries, whip the cream until stiff and pour 3/4 of it into the cooled semolina.
  • Layer the pulp alternately with the strawberries in glasses, decorate with the rest of the cream and decoration as desired, chill.
