Strawberry Semolina Porridge
The perfect strawberry semolina porridge recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 El Sugar
- 100 g Soft wheat semolina
- 3 P Vanilla sugar
- 1 El Butter
- 200 g Cream
- 1 shell Strawberries
- Decoration as you like
- Bring the milk with salt, sugar and vanilla sugar to the boil, sprinkle in the semolina and leave to swell for 10 minutes with the saucepan closed.
- Stir in the butter and let the porridge cool down.
- In the meantime, wash, clean and chop the strawberries, whip the cream until stiff and pour 3/4 of it into the cooled semolina.
- Layer the pulp alternately with the strawberries in glasses, decorate with the rest of the cream and decoration as desired, chill.
