Ingredients
 

  • 1 liter Milk 3.5% fat
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Msp Organic lemon peel zest
  • 125 g Wheat semolina
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions
 

  • Bring the milk to the boil with the butter, salt and lemon zest zest.
  • Then reduce the temperature, sprinkle with wheat semolina and let it swell for about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Add sugar to taste and serve with the grits.
