Dessert: Semolina Porridge with Grits

  • 1 liter Milk 3.5% fat
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Msp Organic lemon peel zest
  • 125 g Wheat semolina
  • Sugar to taste
  1. Bring the milk to the boil with the butter, salt and lemon zest zest.
  2. Then reduce the temperature, sprinkle with wheat semolina and let it swell for about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add sugar to taste and serve with the grits.
