Dessert: Semolina Porridge with Grits

- 1 liter Milk 3.5% fat
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Msp Organic lemon peel zest
- 125 g Wheat semolina
- Sugar to taste
- Bring the milk to the boil with the butter, salt and lemon zest zest.
- Then reduce the temperature, sprinkle with wheat semolina and let it swell for about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add sugar to taste and serve with the grits.
