Vinegar Sausage

The perfect vinegar sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Geezer
  • 4 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Lukewarm water
  • Some oil
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt pepper
  1. Peel the skin off the crackers then cut into thin slices and place on a plate. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into rings. Cover the sausage slices with the onion rings. Mix vinegar with water and oil and pour over the sausage. Season with salt and pepper and leave to stand in the refrigerator for a while. Serve with bread.
