Strawberry Trifle

The perfect strawberry trifle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Natural yoghurt
  • 250 g Lowfat quark
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 300 g Strawberries
  • Bourbon vanilla
  • 14 Strawberries
  • 1 Cake base sponge cake
  • 8 Mint leaves to decorate
  • Chopped pistachios
  1. Mix the yoghurt with the mascarpone, quark, vanilla sugar and sugar. Grind the bourbon vanilla over it. Wash, stem and chop the strawberries. Add to the yoghurt quark and puree with the hand blender.
  1. Cut out circles as large as the glass base from the sponge cake base and place them in the glasses.
  1. Cut the 14 strawberries into small cubes. Cover the sponge cake base with it and pour the cream on top. Garnish with a few strawberry cubes, chopped pistachios and a mint leaf.
  1. Tip 4: Instead of strawberries, you can also use other berries or cherries, also mixed
