Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 150 g strawberries
  • 150 g wild berries
  • 300 g gelling sugar 1:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Puree all the berries and place them in a saucepan with the gelling sugar. Bring to a rolling boil, then simmer for 4-5 minutes. Immediately pour into jars. This makes about 3 jars of 250 ml each. Tip: Place the jars upside down in a pot of hot water for about 15 minutes to tighten the lids properly.
