Strawberry yogurt ice cream

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 400 g strawberries
  • 3 tbsp vanilla sugar, or a little more if needed
  • 4 tbsp liqueur (Limoncello)
  • 1 bunch lemon balm
  • 400 g yogurt, 10%

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

egg-free, refreshing and quick to make

Wash and chop the strawberries, and puree them with vanilla sugar, limoncello, and lemon balm. Fold in the yogurt and freeze everything in the ice cream maker for about 45 minutes. The ice cream makes a wonderful component for “Strawberry Variations.”
