Stuffed Beef Meat on Tomato Bed

  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 1 Bun
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 3 Toes Chopped garlic
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Crumbled feta
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • Sweet paprika
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Butter
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4 Fresh mushrooms
  1. Soak the rolls in lukewarm water and squeeze them out well. Sauté the garlic and onions in butter and leave to cool a little.
  2. Mix the minced meat, rolls, onions, garlic, eggs and spices together.
  3. Spread the minced meat mixture on cling film, crumble the feta cheese into it and form a roll with the aid of the film.
  4. Brown the meatloaf well on all sides. Fry the mushrooms briefly. Preheat the oven to 180 • C.
  5. Cut tomatoes into slices and lay out a greased baking dish. Add the meatloaf and the mushrooms. Let it cook in the oven for 30-50 minutes.
