Ingredients
- 400 g Ground beef
- 1 Bun
- 1 Chopped onion
- 3 cloves Chopped garlic
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Crumbled Feta
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- Sweet paprika
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Butter
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 Fresh mushrooms
Instructions
- Soak the rolls in lukewarm water and squeeze them out well. Sauté the garlic and onions in butter and leave to cool a little.
- Mix the minced meat, rolls, onions, garlic, eggs and spices together.
- Spread the minced meat mixture on cling film, crumble the feta cheese into it and form a roll with the aid of the film.
- Brown the meatloaf well on all sides. Fry the mushrooms briefly. Preheat the oven to 180 • C.
- Cut tomatoes into slices and lay out a greased baking dish. Add the meatloaf and the mushrooms. Let it cook in the oven for 30-50 minutes.
