Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large potato(s)
  • 1 tsp bacon, diced
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 25 g cheese, grated
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the potato, cut it open, and scoop out the excess fat with a spoon. Line the inside with bacon. Finely chop the spring onion and bell pepper and add a heaped tablespoon of each to the bacon in the potato. Now crack the egg over the potato. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven at approximately 170°C for 20 minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
