Hot cinnamon chocolate

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 cinnamon stick(s)
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 60 g dark chocolate, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife. Combine the milk, cream, vanilla seeds, vanilla sugar, chocolate, and cinnamon stick in a small saucepan and heat gently. Stir until combined. Finally, pour the hot chocolate into a mug and serve.
