Stuffed Brie Cheese
The perfect stuffed brie cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pc. Brie 70% F.i.Tr.
- 0,5 Bd Basil
- 1 tbsp Parsley plain frozen stock
- 1 tbsp Chives fresh
- 2 Pc. Chilli pepper
- 2 Pc Clove of garlic
- Sugar, pepper
- Halve the cheese. Herbs, garlic and chilli in a mortar with a little olive oil, a pinch of sugar and pepper, rubbed into a paste. Spread this paste on half of the Brie and cover the other half. Put in a tin, cover and leave to mature overnight in the refrigerator. It is not intended for 1 person, but for a cheese platter as a dessert or with jacket potatoes for a light dinner.
