super fluffy

Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl and mix with a mixer. Add yeast, oil, and water and mix vigorously with a mixer until smooth. Cover the bowl, for example with a kitchen towel, and let the dough rise in a warm place for one hour. Cut the Jarlsberg cheese into sticks of approximately 20-25 g. Separate approximately 80 g of dough from each stick and roll them out lengthwise on a floured surface to a thickness of approximately 0.5-1 cm. Place a cheese stick in the center of each stick, roll the dough up, and press down lightly. The cheese should no longer be visible. Place the cheese sticks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let rest for another 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Beat the egg in a cup and brush it over the cheese sticks. Then spread the grated mozzarella on top. Place the baking tray on the middle rack and bake for 15 – 20 minutes, depending on the desired degree of browning.
