Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 bell peppers, green, yellow and red
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 thick cucumber(s)
- 1 pack of mozzarella
- 1 jar green olives
- 6 small tomatoes
- e.g. oregano
- e.g. basil
- n. B. vinegar
- n. B. Oil
- little salt

Homemade, simple and vegetarian
Grate the garlic clove with a grater and spread it in a salad bowl. Peel the cucumber, cut it into large chunks, and add it to the bowl. Cut the bell pepper into long strips and then dice it. Do the same with the other ingredients: Halve the onion and then dice it. Do the same with the tomatoes, but quarter them and add them. I added the olives whole and cut the mozzarella into small, fine pieces. Now it’s time for the seasoning; I like it a bit heartier and savory. So I added a good 2 tablespoons of oregano and basil. Use vinegar and oil as desired, and a pinch of salt to round it all off.
