Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 25 cherry tomatoes
- 150g mozzarella
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 60 g cream cheese or ricotta
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 bunch of basil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finger food
Roast the pine nuts in a pan. Hollow out the cherry tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella into very small cubes. Mix with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, finely chopped basil leaves, and the cream cheese. Stuff the tomatoes with the cheese mixture and garnish with the pine nuts and basil leaves.
