Stuffed figs with hazelnut curd

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 figs
  • 1 tsp hazelnuts, ground
  • 100 g cream quark, 0.2% fat
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • some pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Carefully wash the figs and pat dry. Cut off a lid from each fig and carefully scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon, taking care not to damage the skin. Mash the fig flesh with a fork. Stir in the ground nuts and lightly fold in the cream cheese. Squeeze the lemon half. Season the filling with about 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and a little pepper. To serve, fill the figs with the cream cheese mixture and place the lids on top at an angle. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
