Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese or feta
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the ground beef with all the ingredients except the cheese. Cut the feta cheese into 12 equal pieces. Form the ground beef into 12 balls and fill with cheese. Bake in a roasting pan at 200°C for 30 minutes.
