Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 8 large mushrooms (giant)
  • 250 g minced meat
  • ½ small zucchini
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 50 g herb butter or garlic butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems and gills to leave enough room for the filling. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Cut the zucchini and one-third of the feta into very small pieces and add to the minced meat. Add the herb or garlic butter in flakes to the mixture and mix everything well with your hands. Spoon the meat filling into the hollowed-out mushroom caps, place them in a baking dish, and sprinkle the remaining feta cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for 25 minutes.
