Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 half peaches
- 4 tbsp jam, cranberry
- 8 ladyfingers
- Curacao
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Drain the peaches and place them on a piece of aluminum foil. Fill with the jam and crushed ladyfingers. Drizzle with a little Curacao, close the foil, and heat the package in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Then open the foil and place the peaches on a platter. For an even more opulent filling, serve the peach halves with whipped cream.
