Stuffed peppers with grainy cream cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bell peppers, whole or halved
  • 2 cups cream cheese, grainy
  • some tomatoes, dried
  • Herbs, of your choice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and deseed the peppers. Chop the tomatoes and mix with the cream cheese and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the peppers with the cream cheese mixture. Delicious both hot and cold.
