Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 2 cans tuna, marinated in oil
- 1 kg tomatoes, pureed
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cups of sour cream or crème fraîche
- 400 g cheese, grated
- 1 point lasagna sheet(s) (depending on the size of the dish)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C – 200°C fan/convection oven. Peel the onion and dice it into small pieces. Pour the oil from the tuna into a large pot and fry the diced onion. Briefly fry the tuna with the onions and then add the passata. Season the tomato sauce with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste and bring to a boil briefly. Layer the lasagna sheets, alternating with the tomato sauce, in a baking dish (it’s best to start with one layer of lasagna sheets). Spread the sour cream on the last layer and sprinkle with the cheese. Place the lasagna in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is the desired color. Serve hot.
