Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 turkey, approx. 3kg
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- ½ cup(s) rice
- 0.33 cup(s) pine nuts
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 cup(s) white wine
- ½ cup(s) butter
- 3 lemons
- salt and pepper
- 2 kg potatoes

Clean and wash the turkey. Rub it inside and out with lemon juice. Then prepare the stuffing. Take the ground meat and finely chopped onions and place them in a pan. Heat everything until all the liquid is absorbed. Then add half the butter and brown. Add the salt, pepper, pine nuts, and rice, stir, and pour in the wine. Once the wine has been absorbed, add half a cup of water and let everything simmer briefly. Stuff the turkey with this stuffing. Sew it up with needle and thread, rub it with salt and pepper, and brush with the remaining butter. Peel, wash, and slice the potatoes. Place them in the baking pan around the turkey. The baking time for a 3kg turkey is approximately 3 hours at 200°C. A tip: Baste the turkey with the pan juices from time to time.
