Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 veal chops, approx. 500 g
- 2 strips of goat’s milk feta cheese
- 3 pieces of tomatoes, dried in oil
- 10 black olives, pitted
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- e.g. salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 80 degrees Celsius using a casserole dish. Cut a pocket into each cutlet. Finely chop the tomatoes and olives. Place the cheese, tomatoes, and olives into the pockets. Heat the coconut oil in a pan. Brown the cutlets on both sides. Place in the oven and cook for about 50 minutes.
