Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 m.-large zucchini
- 2 m.-large tomato(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 large bell pepper(s), red or yellow
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- Thyme, savory, rosemary

- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Wash the zucchini and slice it lengthwise. Remove the seeds with a tablespoon. Dice the onion, tomatoes and bell pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a pan and sweat the onion first, then add the bell pepper and finally the tomatoes. Season the vegetables with salt, chili powder, herbs and garam masala and fry for about 5 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the zucchini on a baking tray and drizzle each one with a tablespoon of olive oil. Spread the feta cheese, cut into 5 mm thick strips, between the zucchini halves and add the vegetables on top. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
