- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
- 200 g cream cheese, grainy
- 50 g Cremefine for refining
- salt and pepper
- oregano

Wash the zucchini, halve it lengthwise, and scoop out the insides. Wash and dice the tomato. Mix the cream cheese with Cremefine, oregano, and the diced tomatoes, then spread the mixture among the zucchini halves. Transfer to a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
