Ingredients for 15 servings:
- 500 g QimiQ
- 500 g applesauce
- 160 g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 500 g whipped cream
- 80 ladyfingers
- 300 ml milk for soaking
- 1 tsp cinnamon for soaking
- n. B. cinnamon for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Stir the QimiQ until smooth. Add the applesauce, sugar, lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and mix everything together. Whisk the cream and fold in. Coat the ladyfingers with a mixture of milk and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Then layer the ladyfingers alternately with the apple cream in a bowl, finishing with the apple cream. Refrigerate for about 2-3 hours before serving. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired, before serving.
