Ingredients
- 500 g Spelt flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 1 tsp Sea salt fine
- 1 tsp Honey
- 300 ml Milk lukewarm
- 2 tbsp Melted butter
- 1 tbsp Lukewarm milk, for brushing
Instructions
- Mix the flour, dry yeast and salt in a bowl.
- Mix the honey with the lukewarm milk and the butter. Add lukewarm to the flour mixture and knead into a smooth dough using the dough hook.
- Let rise in a warm place, covered, for 40 minutes.
- Knead the dough again after 40 minutes. Form rolls, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and let rise for another 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven from convection 170. Then bake the rolls for about 20-25 minutes and let them cool down.
