Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Spelt flour
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 1 tsp Sea salt fine
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 300 ml Milk lukewarm
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Lukewarm milk, for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour, dry yeast and salt in a bowl.
  • Mix the honey with the lukewarm milk and the butter. Add lukewarm to the flour mixture and knead into a smooth dough using the dough hook.
  • Let rise in a warm place, covered, for 40 minutes.
  • Knead the dough again after 40 minutes. Form rolls, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and let rise for another 20 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven from convection 170. Then bake the rolls for about 20-25 minutes and let them cool down.
