Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 suckling pig, approx. 17-20 kg
- oil
- 1 bunch rosemary
- 20 g paprika powder
- pepper
- Salt, coarse
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp honey

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 4 hours 30 minutes
The day before, I scored the rind in a diamond shape, then mixed all the ingredients with oil and rubbed it all over the pork. I have a homemade charcoal grill. The heat comes from the side. I grilled it in foil for two hours and then for about two more hours without. The meat was very juicy and tender, and the rub gave it a delicious flavor.
