Egg Pops or Egg on Stick
The perfect egg pops or egg on stick recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Ready-Made cake base
- 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 40 g Liquid butter
- 300 g White / whole milk chocolate
- Chocolate sprinkles or sugar sprinkles
- Wooden skewers
- 1.) Tear the cake base into small crumbs over a bowl. 2.) Beat the creme fraíche, melted butter and powdered sugar to a frothy mass. 3.) Mix the cake crumbs with this mixture with your hands. 4.) Now you shape eggs from this mass (not too small & not too big). 5.) Put the eggs in the fridge for about an hour. 6.) During this time the chocolate can be melted. 7.) As soon as the hour is over, prick the small eggs on the wooden skewers. 8.) Now the eggs can be coated with the chocolate & the crumble sprinkled over it. Super tasty and totally simple
