Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 200 ml sweet cream
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 125 g butter
- 300 g sugar
- 3 tbsp condensed milk
- 200 g almonds, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Sheet cake, approx. 16 pieces
Mix all ingredients except the topping and spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at approximately 175°C (top/bottom heat) for 15-20 minutes. Melt the butter for the topping and mix it with the remaining ingredients. Spread everything on the base. Then bake the cake for another 10 minutes.
