Orange pudding curd cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 oranges
  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla
  • 3 tbsp curd
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tsp rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the oranges, cutting away the inner pith and scooping out the fruit pieces. Place them in a bowl and cover with sugar and rum. Stir everything gently and let it sit. Meanwhile, prepare the pudding according to the package instructions and let it cool. Stir the quark into the pudding. Stir in some of the orange juice. Ladle the cream into dessert bowls and spoon the oranges over the top. Garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired.
