Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- 30 g potato starch
- 10 g baking cocoa
- 20 g cocoa nibs
- ¼ tsp stevia powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with stevia and cocoa nibs
Pour the milk into a tall saucepan and transfer a small amount to a small bowl. Add the starch, cocoa powder, cocoa nibs, and stevia to the small amount of milk and stir with a fork until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to a boil while stirring (careful, stay with it; it tends to boil over), then remove from the heat. Stir the starch mixture into the hot milk with a whisk. Return to the heat and simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring continuously, until thickened. Ladle into bowls and let cool.
