  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 70 g coconut flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for 10 pieces – only with the sweetness of bananas, suitable for Baby Led Weaning (BLW)

Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan/convection oven) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel the banana and blend it with the coconut flakes in a kitchen mesh until smooth. Form the mixture into 10 to 12 balls, gently flatten with your hand, and place them on the baking sheet. Bake the cookies in the hot oven for about 15 minutes, until they have browned slightly. Makes 10 cookies. Each cookie contains approximately 42 calories.
