Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g apple chips
  • 2 tbsp soy flour
  • 5 tbsp water or apple juice
  • 50 g oil
  • 100 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • e.g. vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Grind the apple chips in a blender until the powder is as fine as possible. Mix the soy flour with water. Add the oil. Stir in the apple chips, flour, baking powder, and vanilla. Form the dough into a log and wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Then cut into slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-15 minutes on the middle rack.
