Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
- 100 g sugar
- possibly vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Roll out the puff pastry, sprinkle with sugar (mixed with vanilla sugar if desired), roll up on both sides, and press down lightly. Refrigerate again if necessary. Cut into slices. Place these slices on a baking sheet and bake at approximately 200°C (400°F) for 12-15 minutes (depending on how hot you like them). Sprinkle with more sugar if desired.
