Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g sugar snap peas
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lemon(s), untreated, zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Melt butter in a pan and stir in half of the lemon zest. Add the peppers, toss in the butter, and sauté for 8 to 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and sugar. Finally, sprinkle with the remaining lemon zest.
