Ingredients for 1 servings:

• 115 g butter, soft
• 230 g sugar, brown
• 115 g crunchy peanut butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 packet of vanilla sugar
• 120 g flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• 10 chocolate bars (mini Snickers)
• some flour, for dusting

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan assisted) and line two baking sheets with baking paper. Mix the butter, sugar, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla sugar with a mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and continue mixing. Cut the mini Snickers into small cubes (about 10 per bar), add them to the mixture, and mix again until evenly distributed. The mixture will be a bit runny, but just right. Dust both hands with flour and form the dough into balls (typical meatball size). Place the balls on the baking sheets, leaving plenty of space between them. During baking, the balls will flatten and expand in width. Bake for about 15 minutes (they shouldn’t overbrown) and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve immediately or let cool completely on a wire rack.
