Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of fruit (fruit cocktail) drained
  • Berries, red, fresh or frozen thawed
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • sugar, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the fruit in a bowl and mix. Whip the cream, fold in the yogurt, and spread it over the fruit. Chill. Sprinkle with brown sugar before serving. A hit on hot days!
