Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of fruit (fruit cocktail) drained
- Berries, red, fresh or frozen thawed
- 1 cup of cream
- 500 g natural yogurt
- sugar, brown
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the fruit in a bowl and mix. Whip the cream, fold in the yogurt, and spread it over the fruit. Chill. Sprinkle with brown sugar before serving. A hit on hot days!
