Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g seasonal lettuce, ready to cook
- 50 g radishes, sliced
- 30 g cucumber(s), cut into cubes
- 5 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 2 stalks of spring onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 pinch(s) sweet paprika powder
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- e.g. Herbs of Provence, fresh or frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Trim and wash the seasonal lettuce. Mix a vinaigrette of oil, vinegar, sugar, and paprika and combine with the other ingredients. Let it sit briefly, then season with salt, pepper, and herbs to taste and serve.
