Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g seasonal lettuce, ready to cook
  • 50 g radishes, sliced
  • 30 g cucumber(s), cut into cubes
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 stalks of spring onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 pinch(s) sweet paprika powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • e.g. Herbs of Provence, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Trim and wash the seasonal lettuce. Mix a vinaigrette of oil, vinegar, sugar, and paprika and combine with the other ingredients. Let it sit briefly, then season with salt, pepper, and herbs to taste and serve.
