Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 apple
- 1 large banana(s)
- 2 kiwi(s), yellow
- 1 bowl of physalis
- 1 bowl of raspberries, fresh
- 1 handful of grapes
- 2 sprigs of mint, fresh
- 50 ml juice, multivitamin
- 50 ml cherry juice or currant juice
- ½ lime(s), fresh
- 1 tbsp maple syrup, to sweeten (optional honey or sugar)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
refreshing with lime and mint
Wash/peel and finely dice all the fruit, then place it in a glass bowl. Squeeze the juice of half a lime over the fruit. Wash and finely tear the mint leaves and scatter them on top. Add the multivitamin and cherry juice, and sweeten with the maple syrup. Stir everything gently and refrigerate until ready to serve.
