Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 m.-large zucchini
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the zucchini and cut it crosswise into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Mix the flour and cinnamon together to coat the zucchini. Coat the zucchini slices in the coating. Press the flour down lightly to ensure it adheres. Fry in a pan over medium heat in olive oil until golden brown.
