Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150g tofu
- 150 g sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp lemon(s)
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
as a vegan quark or cream cheese substitute for jam bread
Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into chunks, and boil them in a little water until tender. Cut the tofu into chunks as well. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and puree. Then pour into jars and keep them fresh in the refrigerator. Delicious as a vegan quark substitute on bread with jam or honey.
